I'm really interested in ancient cultures, particularly Celtic, Egyptian, Babylonian, Greek. Also older central/south American cultures like Maya, Aztec, Olmec.

Czarist Russia has been an interest of mine for a long time. And also pre-Czarist, early Russian/Rus culture/history.

Early civil rights movement in US, when it was just getting started. The anti-slavery movement in Great Britain.

Just in general the historical development of some things interest me. Like the history of law. The history/development of rights/civil rights/justice/etc. The history of medicine. It is interesting how things develop over time.
