Head aches.... sinus aches... and I don't know is it allergies even though I take OTC allergy pill and nasal spray? Is it this damn hot humid weather? Is it the progesterone birth control (yay peri menopause!)?

Or do I have a brain tumor. Any of these are possibilities!
