It might be at this point, rip. I'd say "well, as long as it's only fictional characters" but people are absolutely making hilarious jokes about how someone texts/acts like a bottom, so.

It was everywhere for a while- people basically came up with top personality and bottom personality. If it wasn't correlated with dom/sub it was basically 'which one is the girl and which is the guy.'

It honestly makes things a bit boring for me. I don't need every character in a pairing to be made to fit an existing personality type just because of what you want to imagine them doing in bed.
