John McClane in the OG Die Hard. Really love how 'normal' he looks in that movie; he's just some guy who's in the right place at the right time.

The first that came to mind was Rodney McKay from Stargate.

I feel like there have been more, but I am blanking.

oh! Brooklyn99 had quite a few - Terry, Captain Holt, Kevin, Charles. Although honestly I'm not sure if Charles was balding or just had a weird hairline.
