They both were bullying non-union VAs and were trying to pressure games the wife was working on to make the non-union VAs join unions so yeah, he was a bullying asshole and so was his wife.
And it's irrelevant for the transphobic jokes in his old work if the wife gets transphobic comments. Like, he literally admitted that he shouldn't have put some of the jokes in and it hasn't aged too well because of it.
