Same but I often just rewatch youtube videos as well. I've tried watching like six different shows in the past couple of months. I only get 1-2 episodes in.

big same lol. i just fall into this trap of reading/watching/listening to the same stuff i know i like instead of branching out to find new things i like and it's sad

This is me with books. New ones just aren't grabbing my interest and are so much work I just go back to rereading favorites.

People are just tired, and no wonder. Back to comfort reading for me!

I feel you, OP.

I try new things, but very few of them stick with me. Books in particular, where the covers look pretty, the ideas sound neat and then I start reading and it's mediocre at best. All big concept, but the author can't actually pull it off with a good story, and incredibly disappointing. If I reread old favorites, at least I know what I'm getting.

This is very relatable. I tried to get into a couple shows this past month alone, and gave up after a couple of episodes. It's not even that I'm not interested, or that the shows aren't entertaining, I'm just not there mentally.
