I was on vacation in Seattle once and we wandered to the nearest place to our Airbnb to get food and it happened to be an Irish pub with live music. It was fantastic!

a lot of Irish pubs in the US still have sessions, true. at least two in our tiny city do, but they're always on nights I can't get out of the house.
