Okays! No harm, no foul. I think the original poster of the secret might have been thinking that a lot of people automatically think all yaoi pairings are seme x uke, so then all bottoms would be ukes, which is not true.

Yeah. But I think they were also thinking that yaoi is traditionally semexuke, and that people shouldn't look down on them for liking that. Like yeah, to each their own! *dies*

But -- as a fan of BOTH slash and yaoi? Terms just really annoy me. Like when people are all "awwww X is uke" just because he bottoms, I'm all eathgakejtghaetk no! Uke != just "bottom," it comes with a ton of other connotations that are... well, the weepy clingy etc etc whatever stuff. D:
