I'm curious

how do you feel about couples who can't (or don't want to) birth children of their own and choose to adopt? Do you think they don't deserve kids? Do you think it's birth or bust for making families?

Social services is not there to provide children for couples who want kids. That's kind of gross. And again, it should be a last resort. So, you have a young mother who is pregnant. You say, "Will more support help?" No? "Is there someone in your family who is willing and able to adopt the baby?" No? "Okay, adoption is a good choice for you!".

No parent deserves a family. Children, otoh, deserve loving and capable parents.

Which in a lot of cases is NOT random relatives with no ties other than blood who only take the kids in after being guilted by the "but they're faaaamily" line but don't actually WANT the kids and treat them accordingly.

Sorry, are you saying infertile people are entitled to poor people's children? Gross. Because that is who represents the vast majority of babies (what most infertile parents want). Poor people who have to give up their child for financial reasons. And don't even get me started on the predatory surrogacy system.
