Tumblr gets a lot of slowdown when it tries to handle GIFs, so I appreciate static images too.

Yeah my phone just gives up if there's more than like two gifs on a tumblr page, which is annoying because that means if there ARE static images I want to see that are below the gifs, lol no actually I guess didn't want to see them after all. :/

Also gifs aren't helpful for art references.
