Oh I hear you. It's especially hard to find fictional works depicting orthorexia nervosa, which is what I suffer from. I've never encountered a fic with it so far, but tbf I'm not exactly looking for them...
Canons with superheroes should be the perfect place for them to come out, but I've never seen them in BNHA or Marvel movies' fandom.
