Oh man that sucks! We have two of these bread boxes and bread last an insanely long time. 2 weeks for fresh baked rolls and such, and store bought loaves of commercial brands last over a month past date.

My thing that has gone wrong is that I’m stuck relying very heavily on others while I recuperate from surgery and the level of instruction and detail I have to give is maddening. And I’ve still had to do a ton on my own so I’m kinda lowkey hating everyone in my life right now.
