I think it looks really cool. I've always liked out-of-the-box forms of expression, and Jenna Ortega seems to enjoy experimenting with the boundaries of art and fashion.

Similar to Zendaya's red carpet looks and fashion magazine photoshoots.

I would never shave my eyebrows but I think Jenna evokes a beautiful alien look that reminds me of "The Fifth Element" and the 90s futurism vibes.

I would rather see weird fashion than boring. I appreciate minimalism, but I've always leaned more towards maximalism. More darling more!

I'd definitely prefer boring fashion over the kind that encourages eating disorders... but that's just me.

Fifth Element literally looks nothing like this though. Her eyebrows are thin, a very popular trend back then, not shaved or bleached in any way. Ntm her bright orange hair gives some credibility even if they were light.
As for the 90's, again, it was all about thin eyebrows, not shaved. The futurism style was all about chrome and a spacey puffy type appeal for the most part. Absolutely none of what I see here reflects that.
Not that you can't like it of course, but living through the 90's myself, I can't help but want to point out that no/barely visible eyebrows, along with the purposefully naked skintight outfit is nothing like the fashion of the 90's.
