Ohhhh god, I feel you, nonny. I usually have one really bad day in each cycle where I need to keep changing out pads (no tampon absorbent enough, sadly) almost every hour and a half or there will be leaks. Any time I cough or sneeze, out squirts more blood and that can overwhelm even the thickest pad if it's not seated juuuuuuust right. The cramping. The diarrhea, combined with heavy bleeding. I end up taking multiple showers per day just so I don't sit around all soggy and gross.

May your period be over soon, and I hope you can salvage your vacation!

My period is actually manageable and if I am in the office I can forget about it. Moving around? I've instantly got cramps, need to go to the toilet like million times a day and the worst of all... pee leaks *sighs
