My average used to be between 14k-20k per day, more on the weekends. Now it is a struggle to get 10k a day due to depression and anxiety.

If I actually get out for a walk getting 10k is easypeasy, I just don't get out anymore. I'm with the above nonny and thinking of getting a walking pad or treadmill. My ideal is walking in nature, but my depression amd anxiety have me not wanting to leave the house. Plus the idea of putting on headphones or even reading a book or watching a show while I walk is appealing. I think it might help get me over this slump. If I can just get moving again.

For some reason for me stationary bike is more appealing. Can't explain
