You are vastly exaggerated the costs of running a functioning online order form.

Also, the restaurant wouldn't even have to change their current setup if they simply made the online default sub with the standard dressings - the way they give it out when customers call in. This is an entirely self-made problem by the owner, either through greed or incompetence.
