It might be allergies, but I keep a water bottle near me all day and I'm very well hydrated. My sympathies re: asthma! I think the weather does tend to throw off a person's body sometimes, I know that a change in temperatures usually sets me off with sneezing, itchy eyes, runny nose, etc. and it takes me a couple days to get over it.
