Re #1: Can't help you much on this one. I did think Monroe and Rosalie were cute as a couple, but I hated Juliette more and more as the series went on. She was definitely the plot's punching bag from start to finish.

Re #2: This does get called out in the show (both directly to Nick by Monroe, at least a couple times that I can recall, and in less blatant ways in several other scenes), but nothing ever comes of it because it's a hardcore 'hero is never wrong, even when he is' kind of show, mixed with a generous heaping ladle full of copaganda.

Re #3: Absolutely agree with you on both points. I know we see a lot of the Wesen because that's kinda the point of the show, but it really gives the impression that they're WAY more common than the canon states they are. In general, the canon is a mess. It's one of those shows that has a fun premise but they had absolutely no idea where they wanted to go with anything, and they didn't seem to have a production bible to refer to for consistency.
