The witch hunts over AI are so obnoxious. Yes, AI can have certain quirks; it picks them up from the writing it steals.

I feel you. I love my dashes. I also have personal beef with genAI because I stumbled on an unfinished work of mine this year, an adaptation of Green Eggs and Ham written in the style of Shakespeare, and realized that if I ever finish it, anyone who sees it will think "so what, ChatGPT can do that."

Elizabeth Taylor is a great song but the focus of the album was on luxury from the start. It's Showgirl. It's meant to be expensive. It's why her friends are draped in Gucci and scandal and she likes it. It's why she namedrops Musso & Franks, the first restaurant to have a Hollywood star of its own. It's an album in love, out loud, with big things, fancy things, and unapologetically so.

It's a great album, a lot of fun, and she doesn't need to tailor her OWN experiences to anyone else's tastes. She's a billionaire. She doesn't have the same experiences a lot of people do. These are her experiences, her experiences in the life of a showgirl.

My significant other is looking forward to Power Wash Sim 2, and impatient for the release date. The first game gives me motion sickness, so I really don't want to play the second one, but they love it so much I hate to disappoint them by not doing it. Guess it's time to get some motion sickness bands, ginger pills, and Dramamine and just deal!

I don't know why I'm still watching. I got into it for this one actor, but the character is laughably unlikeable.

I hate most of these people, the storylines are so bleak, and yet I'm mid-way through the second season.

Morbid curiosity about how bad it can get? Hoping in vain for some satisfying resolution?

I just don't know.
