In OP's defense, they only said cow and dog girls feel disrespectful, and I think it's fair to assume the "to me" part was implied, though they probably should have included it in the wording for good measure.

I'm not OP, and I don't have strong feelings about this subject at all, but personally I think maybe it's because cows are broadly characterized as docile and stupid, and also because "cow" is sometimes used as a female-targeted insult. And domesticated dogs are often characterized as being trainable, dependent, and subservient to their masters.

I can see the cow thing, since heifer is thrown around as an insult for women. Dogs otoh would be a matter of "how" it's portrayed than "what", since there's so many breeds and behavioral stereotypes that aren't inherently subservient.

She didn't just tap off. She snapped at perfectly polite responses that were less than 10, which is a ridiculous amount to complain about. She could have quietly turned off the notifications (that she never did as we see) instead of puting everyone down. Oh, so sad that fs gets active on any topic! Recieving, what, 6 replies is too huge of a burden, shut up peasants. That's what happened. And then the ugly picture the name calling. Her brain is an ugly place and I really will try to never open her comments in the future.

This is a weirdly snippy reply to a totally neutral comment. AYRT became combative after you responded to them like this, but I honestly can't really blame them.

I'm back from work but I think a certain tone was assumed at the "I'm aware" comment. I don't use modern text cues like "tone indicators" because it's usually Discord servers that require them. "I'm aware" = Nodding along with anon in agreement, and noting that I haven't and won't reply to all the responses I got because I don't want to c&p the same reply to other anons (ex. "I don't watch anime" "I agree / that makes sense" "the one character I'm familiar with of this trope doesn't have the sexist animal-related stereotypes"). Getting that one recurring anon (yes, I recognize the time of reply and typing style) assuming I'm complaining and calling me a dramatic diva and assuming tone was the out of nowhere piss taking. I don't care to fake being civil with that specific anon baiter.

(I also forgot DW doesn't handle notifs like Twitter does.)
