At the moment...keys, wallet, phone go in my pockets. My bag usually has a charger, a mini notebook and pencil, a mask, and plasters.

I'm thinking of expanding that a little and adding pain killers, tissues, a compact reusable shopping bag, and some hand lotion and chapstick.

My father used to carry a little travel thing of dental floss and a handkerchief, both of which I've also been considering.

I work from home so don't go out much. When I do, I have a small bag with my wallet, keys, and phone. Sometimes my earbuds.

If I'm leaving the house? Keys, wallet, phone, second pair of glasses because I can't see a damn thing without them, water in an insulated bottle, tissues, protein bar, candy, pocket knife.

For work: keys, wallet, phone, earbuds, mini hairbrush, umbrella, lip balm, hand cream, a clear lip gloss if I’m feeling ~fancy, extra pens, and my lunch bag that has my food, water and a book in it.

For shopping or casual days, keys, wallet, earbuds, umbrella, fold up carrier bag, lip balm, hand cream, and a spare pen.

Both sets of these are put into my respective bags, I have a work one(with the extra lunch bag) and my fun one I use for days out.

In my purse I have keys, phone, IDs (including my attorney license) and insurance cards, inhalers, Tylenol, vertigo med, chapstick, and a few of the "know your rights" cards that explain to immigrants what their rights are so I can hand them out if the situation presents itself.

Also carry my ipod everywhere.

I miss the hell out of my old iPod. I gotta get some earbuds because my headphones aren't compatible with my phone.

My phone doesn't have enough space for my music. I'm keeping my ipod until I can't, then I'll get some sort of mp3 player.

there's tons of music I like on youtube, I can use my phone for that, I just don't want to bother anybody else (I don't have a car so I have to take public transit A LOT)

I just have weird and eclectic tastes. I'd rather use my own music. I do have a car, thankfully, and it is advanced enough that it has bluetooth, so my Ipod will connect and can play it through speakers. I do have headphones for when I'm walking, though.

I can definitely relate to having eclectic music tastes, if you read some of my DW posts you will see what I mean.

Keys, wallet, phone. If I'm going to work then my water bottle and some earplugs to tone down the music.

Chapstick during the winter, Tylenol if it's my period.

SO MUCH. But that's my work bag. If I'm just going out shopping or something, just a wallet, keys, and phone. If it can't fit in my pockets I don't generally take it.

But yeah, my regular work bag is a whole other story.

But if I’m going anywhere farther than groceries, I carry my bag with umbrella, wallet, notebook and pens, makeup, meds and snack

In my bag I have my umbrella, gloves in case my hands get cold, iPods, emergency earbuds if my iPods are flat, lip balm, purse, card holder and an emergency charger.

For work, it’s name badge, keys, wallet, phone, hand sanitizer, gum, lip balm, bandaids, iPad or book, hand cream, Advil, pads, floss, and a notebook and pen. For running errands, I leave the badge and iPad at home, but keep everything else.

Phone, keys, wallet, vape (oops, nicotine addict), lipstick and lip gloss, feminine products.

Daily to work, my bag has a small first aid kit; Band-Aids, antibiotic cream, nail file and clippers, pain meds (aspirin and the like), Tums. Also mini Kleenex, Chap Stick, hand lotion, pencils and pen, small notepad, my wrist brace, wallet, keys, lens wipes, glasses case, water bottle, and my knife.

Daily out and about, I just carry my wallet with phone, money, picture of the Monstrous Bebe.

I always pack a charger, earbuds, a pouch with paracetamol, omeprazol, tampons and pantyliners, my work glasses, camping cutlery, work badge, debit card and keys.

Other things to bring depending on the day: training gear and clothes, a tablet.

I carry way too much.
Right now it's my transport card, my work door card, some wet wipes, paper handkerchiefs, sanitizer, my makeup bag with hand cream, chapstick and a mirror. Wallet, umbrella, gloves. Some painkillers, pads, reusable bag for shopping.
Documents

Keys, wallet, purse, sunglasses in their case with a lens wiping cloth, lip balm, lip gloss, glass nail filer, hand sanitizer, hand lotion, travel bottle of Tums, blotting paper for my face, small pack of bandaids, small collapsible hair brush, hair clip, tiny bottle of roll-on perfume, bottle of Aleve, small compact mirror, cuticle oil, at least 2 period pads, one panty liner.

I change out bags so sometimes I may have more or less things than what I have right now. Like, sometimes I carry my ear buds with me consistently. Eye drops used to be a complete Must item.

In addition to wallet, keys, and phone (not always, trying to quit), I have the "emergency kit" which I always toss into whatever backpack, purse or coat pocket I'm using.
It's an old Altoids tin that always has: painkillers, bandaids, safety pins, paperclips, needle and thread (white and black), tampon, and a condom. Periodically restock due to use / expiration dates.

A mask? STILL? Americans are wild. Or wildly weird. Still getting boosted too no doubt.
