Old Simpsons is such a comfort watch for me. I was an early 90's child and my entire family was obsessed growing up. It's still endlessly rewatchable for me. Which seasons were your faves?

I like the first nine or ten seasons but I don't really have a favorite season.

agreed, we're finally doing an overdue rewatch, we've made it to 16 and finally are able to say that above season 10, there are more misses than hits and after 15 that difference gets wider. there's still a few unexpected gems above season 15 but they are fewer and more far-between.

all the Fox-origin animation series are in the same boat. Family Guy isn't any different, you got maybe to season 8 for good returns but 10-15 is comparable to Simpsons season 15 and anything above that is just ugh.

Simpsons was best between season 3-10. They lasted longer than all of their contemporaries.
