If, and it is a big if because I don't believe it is, what you are suggesting is actually happening, what is the solution? Send trans women to mens rooms where they will be harassed and assaulted? Or check everyone who is going into the restroom to make sure?

Any time people try to fix this supposed problem, or similar ones like trans women in sports, it ends up hurting cis women as much or more. Cis women are being told they must be trans just because they happen to have one particular feature that looks more masculine or have higher testosterone or something. And all cis women are being reduced to their body parts. I am a cis woman, and I take offense at the idea that I'm defined by my hormones or sexual body parts.

The sports thing is easy. Just create a trans only league. They can compete against each other. And with prisons - just do a trans only section. And then wait and see how many of those "trans women" who insist they're women to get into women's jails still insist on it once they can't actually get access to the women in those jails.

AYRT. Once again, you are assuming a lot of what I believe from a few short sentences. Take a deep breath abd calm down.
I think the bathroom issue is a red herring. I've only started interacting with local LGBT communities and the trans women I've shared restrooms with have much better manners than cis men pissing all over the floors and toilet seats. I won't rule out bad things have happened because humans suck, but bathrooms aren't a big deal compared to dressing rooms and prisons. I don't understand why bad actors can't get arrested and banned from using a public space whenever what people fearmonger over does happen.

I don't understand why third spaces can't exist for the rest. Dressing rooms, sports, and prisons for the rare time a transitioned person has created a serious crime. Maybe I'm just ND but people are over complicating this too much. Trans women would be in danger if forcibly spaced with cis men, this is a perfect opportunity for self advocacy not unlike how cis women fought for their own shelters and organizations.
JKR can't separate that the average trans person is disconnected from the academic "gender theory" and just want to live in peace. I've talked to plenty of trans people who initially agreed with her essay, but are completely disgusted with her now because the money and high from being "cancelled" (while still making millions off her books) got to her head.
