It's just cartoon stylisation. But also I hope they never actually do, the live action pilot they shot (and abandoned) looked awful.

There's a villain character that looks and acts like what we would traditionally in western media call "The Devil"/"Satan" but in PPG they only call that villain as "Him". Part of Him's look is giant crab claws as hands.

I laughed out loud when I read this secret XD
