Oh man I watched this series back in like 2019 or something? I had a really fun time for about 30 episodes because the adventure 'lets find this thing' plot was legit enjoyable.... and then it tried to do court intrigue stuff except that it didn't have the story building to hold the weight of that and as a result the last 30 or so episodes draaaaaaaaaaaged.

Though I am never going to forger Main Dude beating the dragon(I think I really can't remember) by the sheer power of his depression had me howling with laughter at the screen. But I agree that it was not very good and couldn't stick the landing at all.

secret OP (thanks secret-maker, it's very pretty!) - yeah we binged it during covid lockdown because some of our fandom friends insisted it was soooo gooood. It was not. we didn't make it to the power of depression omg I'd have quit on the spot if I had gone that far.

Oh it was so fucking bad, anyone selling that to you as anything other than a ridiculous time was setting you up for disappointment.

I did watch it with copious amount of fast-forwarding through anything tedious, which was most of the last 20 episodes. It was truly awful.
