The Nazi Mind: Twelve Warnings from History", by Laurence Rees. It's very good; it lays out its propositions of how things were orchestrated very clearly, and uses a lot of evidence from survivors and perpetrators alike. It's also damn depressing, both as regards the crimes that were committed and the ones that are in progress right now.
