Yeah I was also gonna say. If some kind of a remotely reliable "autism blood test" existed, it would PROBABLY be in use for, you know, living people...
They haven't really even figured out the genetics. Like, obviously there are genetic components because it's so hereditary, but those haven't really been properly fully figured out yet. (It's probably a bunch of different genes tbh.)

I mean like, it's *possible* that Hitler was autistic because it's not a super vanishingly rare neurotype or anything, several percent of humanity are--the official numbers were somewhere around 2% when I last checked, but considering how freaking many people are undiagnosed, it's realistically gotta be closer to like 6% or something. Definitely more common than having green eyes or whatever.
