I don't think there is any problem with finding character from animes like MHA or JJK hot. They all look and act like adults because anime seemingly draws 90% of teens with 6 packs who look identical in timeskips.

Only tangentially related, but when I saw this secret my first thought was, oh hey, those dudes were in my porn the other night! (I'm stupidly excited to have recognized anime characters in the wild, lol) No real concept of who they are, besides guys from thing called MHA, but the author wrote a really hot fic for another pairing I'm into so I was like, sure why not.

I had no idea they're teenagers in canon.

I agree with you, though, it's fine. They're not real, and they don't even look like kids in any meaningful way.
