The vegan cranberry hazelnut roast I had WANTED to make on Thanksgiving only to find that it was supposed to thaw for 24 hours first. (To be fair, it had been in the freezer a long time so I hadn't thought to look at the instructions before pulling it out that afternoon.)

Oh that looks amazing! I’m not a committed vegan but I’m allergic to beef, pork, and lamb so my diet is a lot of poultry, fish, and vegan fare. Thanks for sharing this, I need to trac some down :)

Field Roast generally makes great vegan faux-meats (roast, sausages). I don't know what they use as the base but the texture is great, not mushy like tofu-based products sometimes get.
