I hate those episodes that put characters from fantasy or scifi worlds in the real world, especially when they question whether the fantasy world exists in the first place like that Buffy episode. But even that DS9 episode I don't love. I get why it is adored, but I'm just not interested.

I've been spending a lot of time lately speculating about the effects of ghoulification on sex drive and sex organs. But the answers don't matter too much... It turns out that my libido and imagination can take any of the possibilities and spin them into satisfying fantasies.

(Almost certainly some loss of sensation, right? But is the soft tissue still there or is it gone like his nose?)

I'm tired of the giant complicated story lines on Critical Role. I just want a fun adventure, not complicated world politics and five million threads to follow.

I guess this show just isn't for me anymore, I just really loved the first two campaigns.

Happy for them to have fun but sad for me not to be into it.

This is exactly how I feel about most fantasy books. I just enjoy adventures and dgaf about the politics, court shenanigans, or overly detailed…anything, really. Obviously I’m not the world’s biggest Tolkien or GRRM fan.

The symbolism is lovely and they have such a wonderful pink-red outside and deep red seeds. In Jewish traditions, they’re sometimes eaten for the new year because all of the seeds represent abundance.

But I was never all that excited about actually eating them until I started making roasted eggplant with yogurt sauce and pomegranate seeds, which I absolutely love. (It’s even better with pita chips.)

Edit: And if you’re not opening your pomegranates underwater, I highly recommend it to reduce the mess.

Me too, OP! Her and Mama Maples are just such a lovely dynamic and she's so positive. It's a breath of fresh air when everything feels doom and gloom.

(And I like watching her home renovation videos! They give me ideas on how to change up my own space.)
