There's this baking competition show called Baking It with Maya Rudolph and it is so unfunny, so cringey, it's like she was forced to do it at gunpoint.

The secret is that after losing my access to Holiday Baking Championship episodes, I was desparate enough to watch every episode.

Those two can be really funny in certain roles but I can see them being incredibly awkward in that scripted kind of way, which is sounds like this was.

idk why but I just like don't any of that sphere of actors. I saw Maya in the Good Place and it was an interesting character, but then anything else I see is just...the same character? maybe herself? over and over and over again. I now viscerally recoil from any series that has any of these SNL-adjacent one-offs, they're always just so bad at acting that I'm confused and a little weirded out.

A "reality" show with any of them as a host is right out. good luck OP, maybe the link to getting Food Network baking shows for free on tubi helps. I'm already checking out of Nailed It! on netflix bc netflix but also everyone involved deserves better.
