Given the recent stuff coming out about Helly's actress covering for her husband's, ahem, misdeeds... I'm optimistic about her getting axed or at least having her role greatly diminished.

I loved her character in S1 but I'm ready to see her go. if we have to have a forbidden romance, Burt and Irving are way juicier.

besides. I'm more interested in how Mark and his wife's relationship plays out.

I've always felt vaguely guilty that I dislike Helly so much and I've never been able to figure out if it's the actress or the character or the combo.

Aw, I really like Helly even though I fucking hate the romance stuff, so maybe they'll back off on that a bit? By the end of S2 it felt like they were using Gemma and Helly as place markers for the two parts of Mark, rather than their own characters, and I want to see more of them and less of their relationship to Mark.
