The whole "ruined Christmas" part is what really gets me. Sure, it's nice when gifts arrive on time and you can have everything ready for the family gathering and all that good stuff, but honestly, if a gift arrives a few days late (or even later), and someone's family member cares more about the fact it's late than the fact they got a present from someone they love, period, that says far more about them than anything else. STuff is late sometimes. It happens. You can't control it and it's not the end of the world if a gift is a bit late. Grow up and deal with it like an adult.
