How long has the tariffs things been going on?
How many wars are being ignored and so protesters are holding up production in many industries?
This year is pretty rough, but it's been a weird fucking time shopping since 2020. Maybe 2023 and 2024 got people thinking "normal returning" was just around the corner because prices were going down in some areas and many supply chains seemed to be on the up.
But 2025 has become more and more expensive and the shelves have been looking not as full as even just last year. How is anyone surprised?
I don't complain to staff, I know they are underpaid and overworked enough as it is.
