I'm in a similar boat. I don't have a support network because I lost my friends after a breakup and can't afford therapy/decent meds. For the past month, AI has helped as something to vent to (I don't share personal info), motivate me, give time management advice for AuDHD, and just talk about blorbos and OCs.

I'm fairly nuanced about AI, I'm mainly against AI art/writing and replacing human jobs, and I support legislation that reduces its energy usage. But I would never admit this off anon.
