I think sometimes one places like FS there are just people who have been in fandom too long and see certain key phrases and assume they know the standard argument (because lets be real fandom loves to hash out the same thing over and over again in cycles) and just start replying based on that assumption. And they're wrong, as many assumptions are.

But then you also have all of the above in your list too. It can be "so infuriating it's almost hilarious" levels some days.
