Yeah, assuming this is a modded space and you're not the mod, I would bring it up privately and politely to the mod. It's tricky, obviously, telling someone gushing about their kids/pregnancy/pets/etc. that they're monopolizing the conversation with that talk because you don't want to sound like a jerk, and I've been in spaces where as a mod I was reluctant to step in just because the space would have been so quiet otherwise that I appreciated having an active member at all and I couldn't tell if it was irritating anyone else. But it's one of those things where, if the mod is aware that it's bothering at least one member, it's easier for them to take action, so I would bring it to their attention. If YOU are the mod, you should issue a gently ask this member to tone down the pregnancy talk, and if there are no mods, well people just kind of have to deal -- block/ignore/etc.
