I am on my period and my nether regions feel, like, raw. It always gets like that for a day or two, I hate it sooo much.

I don't get that often but when I do it is the worst. You have my sympathies.

I'm on my period and I'm in the "constantly leaking" feeling phase. I usually have one or two days of really heavy flow and it's just the most uncomfortable feeling. All. Day. Long. I guess I'm just thankful I'm not one of the people who has that for the whole thing.

*sad fistbump of solidarity*

It fucking sucks doesn't it? One of the reasons I'm perfectly happy wearing the 'diaper' style pads on my first few days is for the extra layer of padding between anything I'm sitting on and my lower area so I'm at least a little bit more comfortable.

This is the one thing that switching to reusable cloth pads fixed for me. Turns out I was having a mild but really unpleasant reaction to disposable pads. I still got the pain and sensitivity, but not the rubbed raw feeling.

Ohhh interesting! Thanks for this info, I may try switching to see if that helps.
