Re: Anyone else stuck in a doom loop?

I've been in and out of doom loops since the first time that shithole was elected. What kinda helps me snap out of the loop is doing something useful. Donating a little money. Volunteering at the library. Surprising my coworkers with something I baked. Writing to my representative. I can't do anything about the large, looming issues that scare the shit out of me, so I try to do small things that are within my control. Oh, and I set a timer on my phone so it turns off to keep my from doomscrolling all day.
