My local places do online/telehealth appointments as an option. I personally don't trust the big online places like Better Health as I've heard some bad things about privacy and their hiring practices and qualifications.

Idk if you have a reddit acct or a local sub but I found searching my local subreddit super helpful for finding a local therapist and psychiatrist.

honestly I know betterhealth has some shade stuff going on with their records of texts if you text your therapist

but when I tried it a few years ago it was honestly really convenient and pretty quick to get me connected to someone who fit all my criteria, and that therapist was pretty solid for me. maybe I just god lucky, but I was really grateful at the time because I just needed some therapy that came without One Million Hoops to jump through, and they gave me that

it's far from a perfect company but it's not Evil Incarnate, either, and I feel like it's gotten a weird reputation due to nerds on the internet being annoyed at how many adds they have on YT and podcasts and seizing upon Reasons To Be Mad At It
