I haven't been sleeping well and I'm tired and irritable and I really just wish everyone and everything would leave me alone. I love my cat to bits but she keeps wanting attention, and my significant other keeps texting, and I want to just scream PLEASE CAN'T I JUST BE LEFT IN PEACE TO EXIST BY MYSELF FOR AN HOUR OR TWO??

Seems reasonable if you just announce you need 2 hours of quiet time and everybody needs to give you space and solve their own problems until you've had a good rest.
