I find the idea hilarious in general. These are characters written by other people. Had someone once insist that it wasn't enough to block me on Tumblr, I needed to block them. Because they were a reincarnated Sauron and were offended that I multi-shipped him.

Yup. I don't get it at all. Some fans scare me. Like, I like villains. Villains are fun. But they are villains. And when you are talking about a villain who is supposed to represent the devil, thinking you are him is just plain creepy.
