Wow, no. I also hate pregnancy/baby storylines but you can just stand the actress behind a big table wearing a big coat, it's fine.

My one big exception is the baby storyline in DS9 when Nana Visitor was pregnant, so they decided to have her character carrying the O'Briens' baby after a (non-fatal!) accident involving a pregnant Keiko, and it was actually really great and well done!
