I try to mostly focus on PTSD management outside of the triggering situation, like making sure to spend time on self care, journaling, calming hobbies, to return to a calm baseline before I go back to the trigger. In the triggering situation I use grounding exercises to manage flashbacks. It's definitely hard to deal with PTSD at work, good luck OP.
