OP, I haven't played Genshin properly in a year so you will need to explain why it seems like Dottolone will be ruined because I too was INVESTED

Not sure if it seems like it but I kind of fear that villains I like get the "joke villain" treatment. Bad experiences with that.

Major spoilers but it's also possible that Dottore is dead after the last plot update, him being the arc boss that got defeated but there are plenty of hints that may point towards him surviving. Also this doesn't really sink the ship, would just make it tragic which I'm fine with lol
If anything, the ship got some more crumbs lately, so it's more the handling of Oantalone as a character in-game that I'm wary of, less the ship.
