nayrt - This is probably true. But previous generations were more likely to have had kids because of societal pressures and because it was expected of them. A lot of people like the idea of kids, but not the reality of raising them. Or more specifically, they don't like the reality of raising children who grow up to be individuals with their own opinions and preferences.
