Most iconic is the Titanic "hot windows, hand print" scene.

Hottest is the one from Atonement against the bookcase.

Worst for trauma is the one from Requiem for a Dream. Worst for goofiness is the one from Gigli.

Dean and Anna Milton (spoiler - she's not human) having 'I don't want to die a virgin' sex in the back of Baby. Homg.

I still find the first Buffy/Spike sex scene in canon super hot.

I feel a little bad for this, but that Drogo/Daenerys scene where she gets on top of him.

That shower scene with Callie and Arizona from Grey's Anatomy.

That scene from Carol. I mean. Cate Blanchett. Yes.

And several sex scenes from early Spartacus.

The sex scene in Bound (1996) is still one of the hottest I’ve ever seen.

Jennifer Tilly and Gina Gershon just glowing with intense sexuality (in quite a 90s lesbian sort of way).

Best sex scene is from The Tall Guy. Although there's one in It's What's Inside that is... it's incredible for its own reasons.

Neither of these is the *hottest* sex scene, but they're the *best*.

Worst... I don't know. There are a lot of sex scenes that I think are bad. If it takes place in a kitchen it's on my list for worst.

I've always had an aversion to sex scenes, but I realized it's just het sex scenes I don't care for when I saw the KinnPorsche ep4 bathroom scene. Hottttt

Not sure if best or worst but it sure is memorable: the "giving head" scene in Re-Animator.

Oh my goodness, a Re-Animator mention! One of my all-time favourites. Allegedly my parents watched it on their wedding night, which was... a choice.

The "pollinating" scene from Quark, in which the stereotypical scifi hot daughter of the villain totally wants to bang the stoic crewmember whose species *is a plant* is my favourite hands down sex scene in anything *ever*.

Worst: that absolute travesty in Oppenheimer. The only way it could've been worse was if they'd made a "I have become little death" joke. Haaaaaated that.

Inspired by the above secret AND the fact I'm currently working on a post where I assign my favorite characters Pokemon teams based on ~vibes~.

This is something I've done since I was a kid. I actually have note cards from when I was like 9/10 where I assigned Dragonball Z characters Pokemon teams. I also have cards where I assigned DBZ and BTVS characters what Animorph morphs (aka animals and dinosaurs). And some other similar things. I loved making lists as a kid.

Oh man I have made SO many pokemon teams for my faves, down to the move sets. Sometimes based around an elemental type (a scientist or engineer might have a team dominated by electric and/or steel types, a medium with a ghost team), sometimes based around the character having a canon favorite animal or just animal they're associated with... sometimes based on just aesthetics or vibes.

I have also assigned characters daemons, but Animorph morphs is an interesting one-- like, you could assign them a couple per, for utility in different situations they might get into or based on animals they've canonically had access to to be able to morph into, rather than just straight up going 'what animal are they in their souls', but you can ALSO think about what animal they would just most enjoy being...

I've also thought about like... whether a character would be in command, engineering, or science/medical on a Federation starship, what Hunger Games district, what D&D race and class... it's a lot of fun to sort of mash all these different worlds together and see how characters might be in a different setting!

Yes! I love assigning Starfleet departments and specialities!

It is not something I've ever been really into but I do find them fun to read.

Sure. I like to think about alignment - lawful/neutral/chaotic & good/neutral/evil. I think about things like which Middle Earth species, which Federation species and/or Starfleet position, or which kind of meta/mutant power would suit their character best.

I had never done this before but since falling down the Dungeon Crawler Carl hole last year I often find myself picking a race for someone. “That’s a catgirl if I’ve ever seen one.” “He’d be a naga.” “She’d be a Boring Old Fighter.” “Healer. Maybe some sort of fairy but maybe a Druid class.”

Whatever I'm obsessing about at the moment I delegate onto my blorbos.

For example:
Marvel comics x 40k - Bucky Barnes would play orcs but he'd also collect Guard and have enough to field an army if anyone wanted to play against Guard instead of Orcs. Natasha Romanoff would play Tyranids and she'd always have an optimized army for her opponent (she's cheating somehow).

I also build my favs in whatever game I'm playing, both how the character would translate and what I think they'd like to play.
