I mean... I have a backlog of old games to play through, so... at least there's that. Hoping the creators whose game series I really care about take the Miyazaki view of AI, but I CAN keep avoiding AI just by enjoying all the old media I haven't gotten around to, and in the case of games, that I haven't gotten every ending for, until the bubble bursts.

There's stuff it *can* do--stuff it *should* do, like detecting pictures of cancer cells-- but until that bubble bursts, companies are going to keep forcing it to do things it can't do, can't do well, or shouldn't be doing at all.
