I'm the anon who commented a while back that I thought she dressed like a crazy person. I actually like the dress she has on in that picture but there are VERY few people who could wear that dress and look good in it.

Carrie has such a zany wardrobe. I love that she takes risks. They don't always pay off and I don't like some of the styling that many others liked, but overall I love how she dresses herself.
