In visual media like TV or movies - needles going into veins. NO NO NO, DO NOT WANT, will cover my eyes and beg to be told when it's over. Which is weird because it takes a lot of gore to squick me out. But the camera shows blood being drawn or someone shooting up, and I could just crawl right outta my skin.

In fic - anything pregnancy related.

OMG me, too. I had no problem in the Hannibal movie watching him disembowel and then defenestrate a guy, saw open that guy's head and then eat his brains. But the close up of the needle when he shot Clarice up with drugs? NOPENOPENOPENOPE

I cover my eyes for needle scenes! I take injectable medication, so it's not like I can't handle it when I have to, but I hate how it looks.
